- When do I receive my commission?
- Eligible commissions are paid after the applicable refund, cancellation, and payment-verification period.
- What happens if a customer cancels?
- Monthly commissions are earned only while a referred customer has an active, paid subscription. Refunded, disputed, canceled, fraudulent, or unpaid subscriptions do not qualify.
- Can I earn more as I grow?
